Recently, ZERUN's photovoltaic junction box has successfully obtained the DEKRA 33A/15.5V Diode Thermal Escape Certificate, marking another important breakthrough for the company in the safety performance of photovoltaic products.

The application of high-current, low-voltage technology in PV modules has put forward higher requirements for large-size cells, modules and components. With the upgrading of market demand, international standardization organizations continue to update standards, imposing stricter requirements on the quality and performance of PV modules and their components.
ZERUN's newly developed C-BOX series junction box features an innovative axial diode lead reshaping design, eliminating conductive components in the box, reducing contact points, improving heat dissipation efficiency and cutting manufacturing costs.
Chen Zepeng, Chairman of ZERUN, stated: "ZERUN has always been committed to providing high-quality product solutions for the new energy industry. Guided by the 'Dual Carbon' policy, we will uphold the concept of green energy and green products, provide one-stop solutions for the entire PV industry chain, and continue to launch next-generation products. We thank DEKRA for its support in standards and technology, and we will work together to boost the development of the PV industry in the future."
Bai Chengli, General Manager of DEKRA China PV Business Unit, said: "With the iteration of PV module technology, the technical requirements for PV junction boxes are becoming increasingly diversified, not only considering the rated current level, but also focusing on the safety hazards of diode thermal escape to PV modules. This time, ZERUN successfully passed the 33A/15.5V diode thermal escape test with its unique product structure design, fully demonstrating its in-depth technical understanding of PV junction box products."
